OLW Blog Hop: Grow with Me in 2012

I’ve been an observer of the One Little Word (OLW) scrapbooking phenomenon for quite awhile now. I’ve never taken the class or chosen a word but decided that 2012 is the year I will participate in OLW.

Margie at Nihao, Cupcake! hosts a wonderful blog hop for OLW students and I decided to join in right at the start. You should have arrived here from Nicky.

Today, I am sharing with you my word for 2012:

I’m not going to go into why I chose this word for 2012 today, but will reveal that as the year proceeds. In a nutshell, I see several areas of my life that I would like to see grow.

I’m doing this project a little bit differently because I am not buying any new supplies to complete this project. I am using these little cd-rom folders for my One Little Word book:

I’ve selected a few supplies to use for this project. I may add more later or take some away, but this will get me started.

Are you participating in One Little Word? What word is your word in 2012?

Your next stop is Jenn L.

  • Hi, Stephanie! My word is ‘aroha’, a maori/english word. 🙂

  • Nice word. (I googled it.) I like the idea of using a word in another language. It makes it more private if you want to keep it somewhat private.

Welcome to the OLW blog hop. I love your word and that you are using things you already have on hand. I’m also not buying anything new for OLW this year.

Welcome to the blog hop and to OLW! Looking forward to seeing where you grow this year.  This is my third year doing OLW and I really love it. My word this year is Define. Happy 2012!

welcome to the OLW gang – love your word and how you are going to express its effect on your life as we move through 2012

  • Welcome to OLW! You won’t regret joining and you just might be surprised by where your word takes you.

  • Thanks for  commenting! It will definitely make it a bit more challenging. It would be so easy to just slip those cards into the page protector slots. Fortunately, the base I am using has pockets (to hold cd-roms). I think I slip the cards into those until I have completed everything for the month and then I’ll stick them to the pages.

  • Thanks for commenting. I hope I stick with this project to to the end of the year! Should be fun.

  • Thank you!

  • Like you I am using what I have this year. I like your word grow – and can’t wait to see what unfolds for you this year. Glad you joined to blog hop!!

  • Thanks for commenting. I’ll can’t wait to see what you come up with from your stash!

  • Welcome to the hop and good luck with your word in 2012!

  • Thank you!
